Orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed, and orders are
shipped within 2 to 3 business days after your order is processed. Orders
placed over the weekend will be processed the next legal business day, and are
typically received by the customer within 5 to 7 business days after
the order is placed.
Corningware, Presto, Pyrex, Revere and other bakeware products are shipped within 5 business days
after the order is processed, and are typically received by the customer within
7 to 10 business days after the is placed.
All orders are shipped using standard UPS ground or Federal Express ground or
home delivery service. This is 2 to 5 day service. You
do have the option of selecting Federal Express overnight, 2-day, or 3 day
service. Customers who select and pay for 2-day air delivery may not receive their cookware in
2 days; but you should expect it faster than standard ground shipping. This option is
not a rush delivery service, and all shipping charges are nonrefundable.
We ship within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. Our advertised
$2.90 or $4.90 shipping rate is for the continental United States. The shipping rates into other locations
may be higher. See the links on the right column for more information.
For Alaska and Hawaii we calculate the rate
at 50 cents (US) per pound. Check the weight indicated on the product page for the
products you wish, multiply your total weights by 0.50 and that is the US dollar
amount we will add to your order for the shipping. You may e-mail us at
customer-service@100cookwares.com for the exact amount. We use the United
States Postal Service's parcel post ground method for shipping into Alaska,
Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Three day priority mail is also available for $1 per pound, it
generally takes five to six days outside the continental states.
