| Return Policy | All www.100cookwares.com products offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and workmanship of your new product, return the product to us with pre-paid shipping, in unused condition, within 10 days and we will refund your payment to the extent of ninety five percent (95%) of your product purchase
price. We will withhold only five percent (5%) of your product purchase price as a restocking fee. This fee approximates, or is
usually less then, our cost of the actual shipping expenses we paid to the shippers in order to ship the order to you initially.
The restocking fee is based on the total of the returned product and is not
based on unreturned product or shipping cost amounts. We do not refund the original shipment shipping charges that you paid.
We do refund 95% of your product purchase cost of product returned to us in
unused, original condition. We may resell these returned products
discounted at a local swap meet, we never resell them through our 100cookwares.com mail order
web store.
All returns must be sent prepaid to our office at:

The package must be marked for the Returns Dept. or we may think something else is afoot, such as a package sent from a distributor or one of our satellite shops meant to be sent to you, but incorrectly sent to us, at the main shop.
We may inadvertently send the package back to you if it is not labeled as
such.
Returned product must be in the original box with all original manuals, booklets and packing material, and a copy of the invoice or a copy of your order, or handwritten note as to who you are, your address, and your order number or order date must accompany the return. The goods must be received in our offices within 10 days of your receipt of shipment, and is subject to our inspection. Upon receipt and inspection, 100cookwares.com will issue the refund within 10 days of our receipt of goods.
IF USING UPS SHIPPING SERVICE
If UPS damages your item during shipping, do not accept the package. If you discover that damage occurred after you open your package, call them immediately at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damage. UPS is responsible for all damage as a result of shipping and a claim must be filed in order to have any item replaced.
IF USING FEDERAL EXPRESS GROUND OR HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
If Federal-Express damages your item during shipping, do not accept the package. If you discover that damage occurred after you open your package, call them immediately at 1-800-762-3725 to report the damage. UPS is responsible for all damage as a result of shipping and a claim must be filed in order to have any item replaced.
